3. Yeah, NPR is now using FOX NEWS "reporters" in their Dem coverage
Did you read that? NPR is using "reporters" from FOX News to cover the Democratic Primary. Get it yet?

8. Maybe maybe not
It's probably going to be ugly for whoever gets the nomination. Hell, it's ugly now.

16. If Dean takes a pie chart to a RADIO debate he should be mocked....

What the hell was Kucinich thinking?

17. he's trying to get Dean to be honest
and get on our side when it comes to the FTAs. He did the same thing on UHC at the Iowa debates. I think DK expects Dean to win, and his chart was to influence DEAN, not the audience.

But then again, you knew that...

10. Because it was meant for Dean...
It was a pie chart reflecting Pentagon spending and since our 'anti-bush' hero Dean does not plan on cutting this spending, Dennis was using it to show Dean why he is wrong.

11. Tough choice
Its hard to decide which is more sad.

DK supporters that don't understand that using a pie chart on a radio show is funny, or a candidate that thinks using a pie chart on a radio show is an effective tool.

12. there was no live audience?
What WAS funny was that the announcer chose to make a funny joke - but DK was using the chart to show Dean (and I assume the studio audience).

14. It was funny,
and so was Dennis' response to the announcer's comment "It's effective if Howard sees it."

What's truly sad is your taking nearly every opportunity to insult both a candidate you claim is inconsequential and that candidates supporters in the most condescending manner possible.

15. Perot meet Marconi
Kucinich's reply is what made it funny -- about it being effective if Dean sees it.

19. Actually, Kucinich played it well
if he wanted to get Dean to look at the piechart. I've noticed that Dean cannot resist a good joke, and it probably made him more receptive to it.

20. how was that funny?
I thought it was just more anti-Kucinich media opportunism. Now, if Dennis had held it up so that the audience could see it, when there is no audience, that would be different. But he brought it and used it as a prompt for arguing his points. Of course no one can hold all necessary information in his head! And he showed to Dean, not to the audience.
