McCain = "Screw the Country, I just want to Win at any cost, My Country is Last"
McCain's "country first" meme is the worst orwellian lie

Besides his major disqualifying characteristics (including his erratic behavior, total ignorance of the economy and war-mongering stance on world affairs, his Bush-on-steroids agenda, his long term history of illegal and sleezy behavior, his close ties to lobbyists, etc...), McCain's cynical choice of Palin as his v.p. candidate shows how much McCain disdains the U.S.

Choosing Palin shows that McCain's only concern is his own personal quest for power. He cynically chose Palin with no vetting, knowing she would solidify the radical right fundie base and hoping she'd pull in indies and energize mainstream rethugs.

Choosing Palin was equal to defacating on the U.S. and its hallowed constitution and institutions. It was equal to giving the U.S. the finger.

Thankfully, his machiavellian move is backfiring mightily and costing him support even among many of the conservatives he tried to court.

Choosing Palin as v.p. candidate means McCain thinks so lowly of the U.S. that he would, in a heartbeat, entrust its leadership to an intellectually-challenged, whacko, venemous, radical right wing, morally bankrupt extremist whose obvious total lack of competence in any arena would destroy the U.S. and make mockery of its government.
