Minnesota 46-46 Bush/Kerry
Rasmussen released its first post GOP convention poll of Minnesota placing this state as dead even, 46-46 between Bush and Kerry. Minnesota was close in 2000 and it appears it will be a battleground again this time. I'm actually encouraged that we came out of a month of attacks and the GOP convention with a tie. Kerry should be able to gain ground here as elsewhere.

2. That's a four point "bounce" from a week (or so) ago.
But it's good to see that Bush's high water mark is only two points better than 2000 in Minnesota.

I find it hard to believe he'll only lose two points between now and November.
