Am just wondering if there are people in areas where their vote is being switched, if it'd be legal to capture your attempts to vote etc. and then publicize it.

Maybe this is a stupid question.

1. Yep. It's your vote.
Nobody ELSE can film your vote without permission, (or even with in some jurisdictions), but once you pull that curtain, they have to leave you alone.

3. I wouldn't be too sure. Laws about privacy of the vote exist for a reason.
It's to protect people from outside pressure to prove they voted a certain way and also to prevent vote selling.

2. Steal Back Your Vote dot org -- emergency info on voting
They list the best ways to be sure your vote is counted.

They'll probably know which states allow cameras in polling places and which do not.

I hope we are allowed to do take pictures. We need them.

4. Check with state election officials
But the electronic machines in most places don't offer the same level of privacy as the old voting boots once did.

5. That is a good question, but under the current voter fraud
atmosphere it is hard to call.

6. Not here
In our NC precinct no cellphones are allowed to be in use PERIOD! One reason is for noise distraction by "chatters", possibility of being coached by someone on how to vote and possibility of recording someone else's vote. We don't have curtains around our ballot stands.

7. You can use your cell phone to call 1-866-OUR-VOTE if you have ANY problem with
your vote. :hi:

9. In Texas, there are signs posted at the polls stating that your cell phone
must be off and then they asked if my cell phone was off once I got inside the building to vote. Lines were out the door first thing this morning.
