Russian-American Immigrants now support Kerry (Once supported bush 82%)

According to the recent Press Release poll, Russian-speaking voters, who traditionally supported Republicans, now favor Democrats. 52% of the respondents indicated that they would vote for Senator John Kerry, a dramatic change given that in March 2003 82% of Russian-speakers supported President George W. Bush

I've heard, anecdotally, that Bush has lost significant support among Cuban-Americans since 2000, especially in Florida. Does anyone have any information on this?
