OK Nostamj get us bumper stickers made to order. If you get them I'll buy 100. You've been on top with all the t-shirts etc.

I know that site sucks

We know it sucks, too.

Newsmax has about as much credibility as Jeraldo after he broke into Capone's vault.

4. NewsMax is freeper fan fiction
And any article that mentions Ted Sampley's name automatically sets off bullshit detectors.

Remember, just because it's on the internet doesn't mean it's true.

5. Ted Sampley! HAHAHA! Newsmax and Ted Sampley?
Man, if anything would help Kerry, it would be that combination. Actually, I did see Sampley join the Swiftvets for Bush on some talking head program a couple of months ago, I believe.

He should accompany them everywhere. ;-)

6. THANK YOU!
For bringing this to our attention. The VVAJK are not registered as a PAC in North Carolina so any attempt at the ad buys mentioned in the Newsmax article are going to get them into big trouble. I'll be contacting the State Board of Elections on Tuesday. Thank you.

10. Hey Fishbine--
Be sure to mention Ted Sampley! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! I think it would be great if the Swiftvets for Bush* would do some kind of traveling road show with Ted Sampley and Zell Miller. They could just let it all hang out, so to speak! B-)

12. Actually, no, it doesn't accuse Kerry of that.
Edited on Mon Sep-06-04 11:58 AM by LoZoccolo
Sampley's first ad covers information that's been hushed up by the mainstream press: Kerry's participation in a 1971 VVAW meeting in Kansas City where the assassination of several pro-war U.S. senators was plotted and voted on.

The Kerry campaign at first denied the top Democrat was present, but was forced to retract the claim when the New York Sun unearthed FBI files that placed him at the meeting. Kerry claimed he voted no on the plot and then resigned from the group.

It dances around the issue that some loonball got up and ran his crackpot idea through some referendum procedure the group had, it got struck down, and Kerry was part of it being struck down. There is no accusation of Kerry being part of an assasination plot. The entire idea is to mislead saps into thinking that, as it seems it's the only thing conservatives can do seeing their candidate is a loser and his supporters are largely stupid.

13. That's why it works so well most of the time, unfortunately.
If half of those people, many of whom are good and decent, recognized the manipulation, they'd be livid. They're being terribly used.
