I certainly hope so!

I made calls on sunday to New Mexico, asking people to vote early. People were really nice. I actually talked with a few republicans who are voting for the B-Man. It felt really good, like I wasn't just sitting in a blue state feeling like my vote wouldn't really mean a whole lot...

If you haven't volunteered to make some calls, go and do it. Even if for just an hour!! We have to reach out to swing states one person at a time and get the vote out!!

I'm getting paid rather nicely. But I'm working for candidates and Democratic organizations in several states.

I'm not getting paid quite enough, imho, if that's any consolation.

But, I get what you mean. Good post! It's important that everyone help in any way they can!

5. Just signed up in Portland, doing phoning tomorrow. The campaign's amazingly effective ...

... in that I just signed up on a website to "volunteer", then just a couple of hours later, I get
a phone call to plug me in for phoning tomorrow + couple of times a week til Nov. 4th.

6. How did you get started with that?

I signed up to go canvassing in the neighborhood, but didn't see anything about making phone calls. Where do you find out about that?

we're mainly about GOTV by knocking on doors here (in FL). We have to get the registered voters to the polls to vote all over the country...thanks for your help.:patriot:
