So Does Anybody Think Barack Obama Has An October Surprise Of His Own?

Democrats have been scared of the "October Surprise" for some time.

Is it possible Barack Obama has one of his own?

Think about it. He raised $150,000,000 in September and had $133,000,000 on hand on October 1.

And he's been raising money hand over fist every day since October 1.

Looking at the advertising spending, he still has enough cash left over from that $133,000,000 to finish out the election at the same spending levels including his 30 minute spot on October 29.

If he raised money this month at 25% of the rate he did in September, that would leave him with a surplus of around $50,000,000 after all is said and done.

Think about that.

Plus, Obama put in the big push for fund raising to get a total by midnight tonight for final plans. I know, because I donated this morning to make the deadline.

So here's the point of this thread.

What's he got up his sleeve with all that money? What could he drop at the last minute in the last week with an extra $50,000,000 or more that would rock the political world to its foundations?

All I can say is, there is a DU emoticon for just that thought...

If not, and IF she campaigns for him in PA and Florida, I think it would be a great gesture for Obama to pay off that debt with whatever he has left.

7. HE CANNOT pay off Hillary's campaign debt. It's illegal for him to do that.

Sorry, but under the law, he and Michelle both gave the maximum, $2300 each. The Obama for America campaign CANNOT transfer funds to Hillary for her campaign debt. That's illegal.
