10. Same sampling period as the TIME and Newsweek polls, I believe.
But of course it gets practically zero coverage by the reichwing media. Goooooo Olberman! A voice in the wilderness!

14. Yes. I'm so glad that Olberman at least brought up the poll.
Also, The Economist is traditionally conservative.

9. Speaking of Keith---think maybe he will do some Kitty Kelley stuff
when the book comes out?? I hope he "goes there" and starts throwing out some info that makes other news have to start addressing it and makes people go buy the book and/or talk about it around the water cooler. He seems like one person who might touch this subject. How about e-mailing him when this book comes out and tell him to start diging????

16. Just a note about Gallup--Headline news emphasized that
while Bush has 52 now he only had 50 BEFORE the convention. I know that people here know that by now but it was the first it really sank into me when I heard it about an hour ago. Indeed, just like even Bob Barr predicted, they would both get about the same bounce out of their conventions. I noted that on Lou Dobbs tonight the woman guest host was spewing the 11 point Newsweek and Time polls---this really shits me off. Also, I said in another post that I thought there was something awfully wrong when the ratings said that they had only 2 million more watch the RNC than the DNC.....they were like 20 million and 22 million (not a lot of people, period). You don't get that kind of a magic bounce from just 2 million more watching.

22. Kerry will be ahead by end of this week
Next round of polling will put Kerry back in the lead for good. This tiny RNC convention bounce may be the shortest lived ever.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5445086

"Meanwhile, The Economist poll that closed last Thursday offered a 45-45 tie. And Rasmussen Reports, pollsters who have consistently had the President ahead, issued its Labor Day daily tracking poll at Bush 48, Kerry 47, with a margin of error of two points. The company, with evident befuddlement, tells us those it interviewed on Saturday had Kerry way ahead."

It will be a dead heat from now until 11/2/04, and Kerry/Edwards will then prevail!

... and that OBGYN love was the funniest BS I had ever heard. Classic Dubya.
