Trial Lawyers: Juries can decide DEATH but not monetary damages?
Trial lawyers...rag on them all you want until you need them to help you steal another election.

Until you need them to defend Halliburton against the SEC (as Baker's firm is doing).


W seems to have no problem allowing juries to decide when the State can take a human life.

1) Death penalty: good.

2) Damages against malfeasant corporations: bad.
