Good news! My republican brother's boss, another repub, won't be voting.

He says he can't support Bush because he went to Iraq for the wrong reasons, but he couldn't vote for Kerry because he can't stomach his liberal politics.
I think this is interesting, because my brother works in the State Department in Washington. There must be a lot of republicans out there who won't be voting this year -- and I hope this means good news for us.

13. Or he can vote for Nader.
With so many republicans collecting signatures for Nader, it will only be right if some of them actually end up voting for him.

5. I saw an interview the other day with a Republican
fund raising guy and he said that there are many conservatives that he knows of who are dissatisfied with Bush. If I recall correctly he cited the huge budget deficit and the war in Iraq as two major issues that are causing disillusionment on the right.

6. They may change their minds and vote but
When poll takers call they state they will be voting (I'll bet) and fall into the likely voters for Bush. But, they won't vote so the polls may be off by counting them.

7. Yee-haw!
Ok, i'm not a cowboy, but i have ridden my share of horses, and this post makes me feel good enough to utter it. The very fact that ANY republican wil not vote for bush is enough to make me do a little dance.

8. Like Kerry is that liberal..another GOP lie
Anyone who is not part of the GOP collective is considered Liberal.

Liberal is not a bad word.

Our founding fathers would be considered Liberal to the British empire at the time.

9. See, that's the problem

We should pay attention to how the republicans use labels to distort truth and reason. Word like flip-flopper is a effective label to put on people you vote against. I hope the Kerry campaign fight back inch by inch to reverse the trend and pin this "flip-flopper" label back on bush's forehead. There no shortage of hard facts materials to accomplish this. Once Bush learned that the same label he uses on his opponent also apply more so to himself, he may think twice to call other people flip-flopper. Just a thought.

live in virginia or maryland. Only a privileged few can afford to live in D.C. And most of those who do, vote in their home state.
The rest of those who live in D.C. are middle class and lower middle class people, many of them black, but they don't live in the trendy neighborhoods.
