Attack Bush and his adminsitration on their loyalty
I think an important line of criticism against Bush is that he and his people are not loyal to America. This article

http://www.nybooks.com/articles/17397

from the NYT Book Review states:

Norton has a chapter, "Athens and Jerusalem," in which she discusses the post–September 11 strategic plan of Paul Wolfowitz as 'built conceptually and geographically around the centrality of Israel.... This strategy could be understood as advancing American interests and security only if one saw those as identical to the interests and security of the state of Israel.'

The new Graham charges question the fact that Bush has covered up the Saudi connection to 9/11. Graham asks: where is Bush's loyalty?

The latest spy scandal re: passing documents to Israel has also brought up the question of where the neocon loyalties lie.

And finally, all of Bush's policies benefit the global corporate elite often at the expense of everyday Americans: jobs, pollution, and war come to mind just for starters.

This would have to be handled carefully by the campaign, but questions as where exactly do the adminsitration's loyalities lie are fair to ask. Just the facts need to be presented and then the question asked: Where exactly are Bush's loyalties?
