It's frozen and who gave her that haircut? Someone played a dirty joke on her at the plastic surgeons office and hairdressers.

I don't make fun of people but she reminds me of my chimpanzee doll that I had when I was a kid. He was made out of plastic and his ears stuck out on the sides and his face was frozen without a smile.
