1,016,275 voted in FIRST WEEK of Early Voting in Florida..... Thats 1 Million!
https://doe.dos.state.fl.us/fvrscountyballotreports/FVRSAvailableFiles.aspx

*According to the county early voting reports, 1,016,275 Floridians have voted early in Florida as of 5:00 a.m. Monday, October 27, 2008.

You can also download county by county reports, even check to make sure your vote counted in that county.

That figure does not include absentee ballots.

3. If you're in Florida....
Scroll down on that page to your county, open that county in notepad, do a CTRL+F search for your name.

6. About 12 million total.
Based on the last FVRS voter file I received plus what I know about last minute registrations.

9. 8.33% of electorate has EV'd..
Perhaps half as many have ABV'd if history is any guide. Overall approximately 10 to 12.5% of the available voters have already voted either EV or ABV at this point. I had been thinking a year ago that 75% would be the turnout, now a lot of knowledgeable people are saying FL will approach 90%. I don't about that given the number of dead people and moved out of state people the state retains on the rolls but I would guess that 80% would be possible.

5. 1 million voted in NC so far - out of 6.2 million registered voters
early voting has been heavy here.

Dems are the majority of early voters, but I suspect GOP are using absentee ballots by mail, so
its hard to predict NC

10. Nice start, but one million votes isn't as much as it used to be.

13. They don't count any votes until election day
However, you can look at things like % Democrat vs. Republican ballots, % blacks voted, etc. to get an idea of how the votes are going.
