Rasmussen has a way of pouring water all over good news. A poll will come out showing Obama up +8 in some state, and then that same day Rasmussen will produce another one showing a tie or Obama down -1 in the same state. Today we have seen encouraging polls from Florida, NC and Virginia from other pollsters.
