Did anyone else hear that overseas military ballots are missing?

I heard that on Stephanie Miller this morning and can't find anything about it.

1. CNN did a piece this morning on military voting (generally)

Carol Costello (ugh!) did a piece on the difficulty of the process of combat troops being able to vote, etc.

In that piece, it was explained that each individual state has its own rules about military votes, and the piece pointed out some of the confusion, etc.

The least we should do for combat troops is to be able to assure them that their votes count. It's absurd that there is not a fool-proof process in place.
