Isn't MAJORITY LEADER a POLITICAL position and not a CONSTITUTIONAL position? (Even though there isn't a www.speakerofthehouse.gov site). If a (D) had a narcisist website like Delay's they'd be frothing at the mouth.

And speaking of, I think guys like Karl Rove shouldn't be on the Federal payroll - that goes for DEMs and Repubs - perhaps the parties should pay for their jobs.

Isn't it the Hobbes Act that prohibits solicitations on government property? I know it anachronistic in the days of the internet. but a campaign speech by its nature is a solicitation for contributions and its inappropriate to use a governemnet funded site for that purpose.
