9. They're Beyond Influence. If At This Point They're 'Thinking About It', Then They're Dumb As Rocks.
Dumb, selfish, ignorant jackasses. So no, don't really care much about influencing the fatally stupid. A simple "fuck you, you selfish half witted moron" suffices just fine for me.
