GET OUT IN FRONT OF THE DEBATES ISSUE KERRY
kerry needs to get out in front of this....

-snip-

President Bush may skip one of the three debates that have been proposed by the Commission on Presidential Debates... MORE... Bush's negotiating team plans to resist the middle debate, which was to be Oct. 8 in a town meeting format in Missouri // audience of 'undecided voters' for second debate was to be picked by Gallup. Bush officials were concerned that people could pose as undecided when they actually are partisans, WASH POST planning to report in new editions, newsroom sources tell DRUDGE... Developing..

-snip-

kerry needs to publicly challenge the president to the debate and the announce that he will show up regardless to talk about the issues.

1. Agreed
I pointed this out on a thread about Bush skipping Arizona only a few minutes before word leaked that Bush is now trying to skip Missouri.

Needless to say, Kerry should have been out in front of this weeks ago. He only formally agreed to the debates in like, July. It's now September.

3. Kerry should show up anyway
And definitely threaten to.

If he doesn't, he's stupid.

4. Not just Kerry
Every Democrat that appears on TV has to work this into their interviews one way or another.

5. Easy solution: Kerry says ditch the undecideds
If he gets rid of that excuse that Bush is falling on, Bush has to agree to the debate.
