PPP Minnesota Poll: Obama 57, McCain 41....Franken up 5 Points
Obama wins new voters by 42 and Indies by 18

http://publicpolicypolling.blogspot.com/2008/10/minnesota-results.html

There are basically no undecided voters in the PPP Minnesota Senate poll as Franken leads 45-40-14. That leaves only 1% undecided

9. good catch Guy!!
nat'l media will ignore but bet it's going to be newsworthy in Minn.

Norm Coleman in jail? From your link:

"Requests for comment from McKim and the Coleman campaign went un-returned. But lawyers familiar with Senate ethics law say that if the complaint turns out to be true, Coleman could be in hot water, possibly facing a trial and potentially jail time."

'"This is why . Ted Stevens just got convicted," said a Washington D.C.-based attorney. "If this is true and Kazeminy gave a gift -- which includes money to a candidate's family member -- it doesn't mean that you can't take it, but you would have to report it on ... If he knew about it, and of course, all of this has to be proven to be true, then yeah," he could go to jail.'

14. Dude, Rick Santorum was a US Senator; James Inhofe IS a US Senator
Al Franken is a highly educated man who loves his country. We can and have and done worse than him.

15. Franken is the ultimate heat check for this election
If you don't play basketball, a heat check is when everything is going your way and you throw up a shot that you normally don't take just to see how hot you are.

5. Hillary Clinton endorsed Al Franken.
If you know someone who might be persuaded to vote for him by this video, then please send that person a link:

10. HRC's endorsement was excellent
The Clintons have always been popular in MN, and this glowing ad will not hurt.

12. I'm asking people to spread the link around because...
...I don't think the ad was on TV enough.

It's been on TV, but I wish they had put it on more.

8. Man, if Franken can pull this off... maybe we really can get 60.
God, I hope so. That would be the perfect ending to a perfect election night.

11. The polls showing Franken ahead of Coleman?
I like those polls the best.

Very nice to see Obama well ahead of McSame, and I'm rooting hard for El Tinklenberg.

...it's nice that another organization has Franken ahead by 5.
