MSNBC Poll: Did Cheney go too far?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3096434/

Did V.P. Cheney go too far when he said the U.S. "will get hit again" if voters make the "wrong choice" in November?

3. I can't believe all hell hasn't broken loose because of this.
Seriously, there should be a lot more outrage over this than there is.

4. There's an AOhell poll
showing mid-fifties against it, too...and they're always WAY slanted toward Bush (more than anything else I've ever seen).

5. If you think about it, he's right. If America makes a wrong choice
and vote Bush/Cheney in, we will get hit again because these idiots fell asleep at the switch before.

Ha Ha

All they have left is fear of terrorist boogey men, ( that and greed),

It reminds me of a old Star Treck episode of this spirt that misled kids into killing their parents- and all he had to offer was fear.

9. This was part of the Cheney "exit strategy"
The outrage will build slow and strong. It will get further inflamed next week when Bush* will have to respond to it. That will be convenient, as it will also take the heat off his AWOL/Kitty Kelley issues. By the end of the month Cheney will be gone, replaced with someone more likely to garner fence-sitting votes. Cheney will always be in the background as puppetmaster, of course.

my two cents.

16. There's only ONE candidate team that could get hit AGAIN!
Because they already got hit once, and they have done nothing to prevent another attack--

That was a very stupid and risky thing for Cheney to say when you think about it..Logically it could only mean if we make the wrong choice and vote for Bush/Cheney, they will hit us again and again--a proposition I actually agree with!

There's truth in language, even if you don't know it.

23. Excellent point
Of course, they blame Clinton! And if, god forbid, we were attacked during the first month of a Kerry presidency, they would blame Kerry all the way. I don't know how they get away with it.

22. Well he did say the "wrong choice"...
...And Kerry has already told us that the W stands for WRONG. So if we make the George ---WRONG--- Bush choice, I've no doubt Cheney's point will hold true.

24. Also, check out the Hardball plug
while doing the poll. Is it going to be Senator Graham on Hardball discussing Saudi involvement in 9/11 and a coverup by the bush admin?
