Obviously every eye within a thousand feet from him are always looking at him, and cameras are always raised taking pictures so being able to look that relaxed and graceful can't be easy unless it just comes naturally.

He also walks in open spaces and past lines of people staring at him with smooth ease. I think he's simply naturally graceful in his movements. Bush always looks kinda stupid when he walks with his elbows sticking out. Obama looks pensive and thoughtful, obviously at ease in his own body.
