Since Richardson is speaking as Obama's surrogate, can/should this be taken as Obama's changing policy? That's how my repube friends hear it. Help me.

Here is the link to the entire interview. He makes a point of saying at the beginning of the interview that no one making less than $250k will see an increase. Rush and others are passing around a 12 second soundbyte.

But the cut comes to those making less than $200K.

What he's focused on is the $120,000 and less. But that doesn't exclude thoe in the $120-$200K range either.

The whole interview he lays it out line by line and is exactly right.
