Actually, the quote about the wrong war should not be attributed to Dean.

Actually, the quote about the wrong war should not be attributed to Dean.
Dean said part of it on December 15, 2003, but before him were Bradley, Zinni, and Schlesinger with the full quote..wrong war at the wrong time and wrong place.

Here is Dean's speech they have been quoting from:
December 15 2003. This is when he improvised about not being safer with Saddam gone, and the words are not in the speech.
