What ever happened in the Schoedinger vs Bush Texas case?

1. this case has haunted me since I read the details--that poor woman!

to have your life totally destroyed like that, having people around watching you and intimidating you and messing into all aspects of your private life--the stinking pig GWBush used her up and destroyed her and walks around like the pious stinking hypocrite he truly is. I also suspect this is not his only victim--only Margie Schoedinger was naive and trusting enough to file a complaint--surely her family members, somewhere, know something about it but of course they're not going to say anything.

I do believe since she is dead there is no place this case can go. The prime witness can't testify.

2. It won't go to court

It was filed as a civil case -- it can't continue without Schoedinger. It's too bad that it wasn't a criminal case filed by the DA. (Can a DA file a criminal case against the President?)

Isn't it strange -- Schoedinger -- James Hatfield -- (others?)
Made accusations which resonated truth only to commit suicide a short time later?
