Nobody really seemed to catch that, but I thought it was clear that he was talking about the discrepancy between the exit poll numbers and the results (because right before that he was talking about poll numbers.)

If Obama loses, there might very well be some rioting by EVERYONE. If he loses, then we know once and for all that the election process in our country does not work and that the Republicans CHEATED for a 3rd election. I really don't think Barbara Walters is a racist. One thing that you have to keep in mind is Barack Obama is not receiving votes from blacks only. Now if Elizabeth Hasselback would have said that, I too would have taken that as a racist comment.
