Only Kerry has to have an Iraq plan?
night after night the media whores are complaining and Goreing Kerry for not having a concise plan about Iraq...that he never gives specifics about how to deal with the Iraq situation other than to say that he says he will get the troops out in 4 years and will have other countries involved to split the bill but never explains how he will do this....

WELL WHY IN THE FUCK DOES KERRY HAVE TO BE THE ONLY ONE IN THIS RACE THAT HAS TO HAVE A PLAN REGARDING IRAQ? KERRY DID NOT CREATE THIS MESS AND LIE TO US AND IGNORE THE MILITARY ABOUT THE POST WAR PLANS.

I have not heard one media whore say that Bush has no plan and needs to explain himself how he is going to go about making things better in Iraq. NOT ONE FUCKING MEDIA WHORE! WTF is that all about?

I mean will the media demand that Kerry be impeached once he takes office this coming January because he voted to authorize Bush to invade Iraq without a post war plan?

Am I right about this or overreacting?

1. You're right! Why in blue blazes would the president invade
a country without a plan?

3. The media will not demand that Kerry be impeached for supporting IWR.
However, it is a double standard to demand Kerry have a plan while letting Bushler off the hook.

:grr:

5. The correct answer is "I don't know what kind of a mess the current
president is going to leave me with." Can anyone predict what Iraq will look like 5 months from now?

7. Ain't that the truth
The Bush Plan for Iraq seems to consist of "Hey, let's keep killing until we kill the all bad guys, while at the same time giving up territory to the insurgents."

Anybody see anything more to it than that?

8. no i dont see anything more to it.....
and thats why I do not understand why the corporate media will not demand that Bush, and not only Kerry, have the answers of how we get out of this mess in Iraq.....night after night the talking heads will accuse Kerry of not having a plan but are silent with regards to Bush....

10. You are absolutely right about it
this is part of the problem with running against a sitting president though. Chim-chim never has to answer any questions beause noone gets to interview him. It's all about the challenger having to make a case... hopefully the debates will force an answer out of the shrub or reveal to everyone once and for all that he doesn't have a plan because he has no intention of leaving Iraq.

11. What would Kerry have done ????

* He would have READ his PDBs.
* He would have taken terrorism SERIOUSLY!!!!!
* He would have met with Richard Clarke.
* He would have implemented Clarke's recomendations.
* He would have forced FBI department heads to issue reports on what THEY were doing to fight terrorism. They would in turn do the same to their subordinates. At some point someone would have written a report saying "We've found foreign nationals training to fly 747s without wanting to learn takeoffs and landings.
* He would have hired an attorney general that would have prioritized anti-terrorism OVER prostitution and pornography.
* He would have conversed with analysts directly and read detailed reports concerning all the caveats and provisions of the Iraqi war reports.
* He would have asked for the SAME invasion authority. But he would have allowed the weapons inspectors to do their job. When they came back and said "He doesn't have any", Kerry would have believed them.
* Kerry would have hired a national security advisor who could see through the yellow cake and anodized tubes BS intelligence.
* Kerry would have sent serious amounts of ground troops into Afghanistan. He would NOT have relied and warlords who could be bought off to capture Osama Bin Laden.
* Kerry would NOT have shielded the Saudis concerning their role in financing the 9/11 plot.
* Kerry would have dedicated REAL resources to rebuilding Afghanistan after the "invasion".
* Kerry would not have empowered the Afghan warlords to restart the Heroine trade in Afghanistan.
* Kerry would have accepted NATO assistance in Afghanistan under the NATO mutual defense provision. There would have been 100,000 troops in Afghanistan half of which would be allied.
* Kerry would not have ignored the Korean situation.
* Kerry would not have ignored AQ Kahn's nuclear proliferation to Iran and N Korea.
* Kerry would NOT have spooked the Iranians into cranking up their nuclear program.
* Through allied cooperation Kerry could coerce Iran into giving up their nuclear program (which never would have started under Kerry) with economic sanctions via France and Russia.
* Kerry would not have spent hundreds of billions on the Magenot Space Defense shield that won't even work on nuclear missles. As for Box cutters and cargo containers, thats obvious.
* Kerry would NOT have even ENTERED a classroom after learning a plane smashed into the side of the world trade center. Kerry would have fighter in the air ASAP.
* Kerry's FAA head would NOT have seized the ONLY copy of a debriefing with air traffic controllers than cut it into hundreds of pieces and deposited it in hundreds of trash bins throughout the office.
* The Homeland Security department would have been formed BEFORE 9/11 coducive to the finding of the Hart-Rudman commission.

If KERRY was president, 9/11 would have NEVER have happened!!!!!

If Bush was replaced on 9/12 with Kerry

* The firefighters would not be facing deadly lung diseases due to coverups of the contaminants.
* The firefighters would not have been used for political fodder, than forgotten and unfunded.
* The 9/11 commission would have been ordered on 9/12 and convened within the month.
* The airlines would not receive a bailout conditioned on denying damages to victims of a tragedy partly of their making.
* Kerry would take our SECURITY seriously instead of constantly making us feel threatened through press briefings and color coded charts.
* Kerry wouldn't waste public bandwidth with silly French bashing and "freedom fries".
* Kerry's staff wouldn't out a CIA team leader working on weapons of mass destruction on a political vendetta. They would have taken Ambassador Wilson's assesment on face value that the yellow cake memo printed on stationary from 1992 was a forgery. Kerry's national security advisor would also understand that Iraq is rich in Uranium and has no need to import it from Nigeria.

It is so strange that Bush touts his greatest failure as his greatest achievement. He failed to protect us from the threat of terrorism AT ALL before 9/11. He was obsessed with nuclear missles from "rogue nations" completely ignoring that ICBM is the LEAST likely terrorist weapon since it is the most expensive an pretty unnecessary when you can just sneak a nuke in on a cargo container.
