1. Is it possible that Bartlett said what he was told, and didn't lie?
I don't mean to be a wimp here, but he is just a mouthpiece. If he was told the response, I can't really blame him. I think this is all Rove!!!

4. If Bush weren't already an asshole singularity

you might say that Bernie was tearing him a new one. He's trashing Bush like no one does except maybe for the guy who follows him on the graveyard shift, Ray Taliafero. He's saying that not only did Bush leap over hundreds of the lesser privileged by getting into the Texas Guard, but he was not happy with just getting out of Vietnam, a war he was in favor of. He says "he then proceeds to blow off the National Guard". "It is estimated it cost $1 million to train him as a fighter pilot. And Bush gave only 2 years and continued taking pay checks from the military after not showing up". Bernie calls it fraud. "Bush ripped off this country in the National Guard". He also refers to the widow of the guy who made the phone call to get him into the guard as mentioning the problems in Houston, along with Kitty Kelley's references to drugs.

Bernie is smokin' tonight.

6. Don't you want to see Bush* weep like a repentant preacher...
...caught with his pants down around his ankles?

"I have sinned!!!"

5. Taking TANG paychecks for when Bush* wasn't there
That's fraud.

And I was going to hit the hay early tonight. So glad I tuned in. Bernie breaks it all down so well.

7. About Bush* - "This guy was a low life degenerate"
"And once again the family protected him."

Bernie is on fire tonight!
