I'm not from CO, but I know this: Kerry has a real shot at winning that state. HOWEVER, if the polls are close come November but with Bush ahead, vote in favor of the proportional electoral system. It will go into effect immediately and Bush'll lost 4 EVs that way.

5. I'd recommend that we put TONS into the 4EV proposition.

If Kerry wins the Gore states + New Hampshire + Nevada, those 4EVs would put him over the top.
