Kerry AND Nader in Madison, WI on 9/15
Nader is going to be at the Univ. of Madison Union Hall and Kerry will be at a location TBA.

I'm going to videotape as much as possible and will have online.

1. I hope it will be a rally at the Capital
here in Madison. Gore had a huge rally in late October at the Capital--30,000 people.

That's the day our horse has his surgery, so I won't be able to go!!! I was SO determined to see Kerry!!!!!!! Please post time, location (and to our Unity Group, dontchaknow) as soon as you know any details.

I hope they're at separate times, so people can protest Nader and see Kerry!

3. Kerry will be at 1 PM, Nader at 7 PM I believe
Kerry is "at a location TBA" on the UW-Madison campus and Nader is in either the Humanities Building or Memorial Union Theater. I thought it was the Humanities building, but zulchzulu probably knows what he is talking about.

I received an e-mail from the leader of Students for Kerry or the College Democrats, or both, or something like that, saying that the goal is 70,000, including 30,000 students. That would mean that 2/3 of the student body would be attending. I'm not sure how that's going to work, but anyway... If we're really going to have 70,000 people even the Capitol Square wouldn't work. I'm speculating that it may be at Camp Randall- that is about the only place that would hold that many people.

4. What are the chances that on 9/15
RALPH gets escorted out of the Kerry rally?

5. We'll just ask him to join the Republican protesters
since they're helping each other anyway. We definitely don't need to give him any credence. He certainly can't say we're censoring him or anything, because the same university is helping to organize both speakers. He can speak his piece at 7. Hopefully his plane ride doesn't even get in till 3 or 4 anyway.

6. Wonder if Nader's planning on taking a cab from the airport?

...

Nevermind. That would be unprofessional...just forget I brought it up.

7. Calling all owners of a Nader mask to borrow for a day
I'd hate to have to make one.
