Zogby: Kerry leads Bush by ten points in Oregon
53-43

Also Gallup reported earlier today that Washington state gives Kerry a ten point edge as well.

The Left Coast will be strong for Kerry, perhaps stronger than it was for Gore in '00

4. Great news
I was watching CNN briefly earlier and saw the Washington poll and I thought Bush had a 10 point lead, but I guess I was seeing things. :eyes:

5. Yeah, I think Oregon is leaving "battleground" status
They had a story on the local ABC affiliate last week that median annual household income in Oregon has gone down $3,000 during the Bush years, and that there are now more of those loan shark payday loan shops than McDonald's in the state.

8. Oregon never has been a battleground state
the only reason it was even close in 2000 was that Nader took close to 6%.

7. Southern Oregon swinging to Kerry
When Crashcart came to Medford he made his usual BS statement about this being Bush-Cheney country. Southern Oregon went to Bush in 2000. A telephone poll conducted by KOBI, the local NBC affiliate yesterday had Kerry at 52.9% and Bush at 47.09% Even the rural part of the state has apparently had an IQ surge.

9. CNN just tried to say Bush was ahead in Oregon. All of their polls are BS
to me. I think they are seriously bolstering Bush knowing full well the Kelley book is out soon.

10. Oh Boy! I get to say AGAIN that Oregon is not and never was
a battle ground state in the sense of Ohio or Florida. The West Coast is (and has been for four elections) DEM and certainly ain't changing for a zero like George Wrongway Bush.
