Don't Know But I Feel The Media Is Trying To Screw Over Kerry
by the frigging polls. It seems just all of a sudden they start throwing in the headlines Bush Extends Lead; Bush leads Kerry in Battleground states, etc. I know USA Today seems to like to always have a big headline when Bush leads, Kerry is somewhere else.

They know how we Americans always like to be with a winner and this is where I think polls are important not when they are close but when the media prophesies are trying to present a clear winner.

This could be full of crap but I still think there is a method to their madness. That is the problem with large corporate ownership of several media outlets and why the repukes are trying to increase the number of media that one person can have control of.

4. TV "journalists" are basically lazy
They take what is given them at face value, deepen their voices, furrow their brows at the right moment and pass it off as gospel. They have allowed themselves to be hijacked by the right wing and they are too shallow to realize it.

9. Oh they realize it. They are doing just what they are supposed to.
They are traitors to this country and it's people. And we all should repeat this over and over because it is true.

5. They are screwing Kerry with
the polls, they screw him with how they ask their questions, the intonations in their tones. And most importantly, they screw Kerry by the questions they fail to ask.

isn't it odd that so many recent polls have been announced to have been based on samples slanted towards the repukes?

7. the media is our adversary, not our advocate, as the forefathers
designed. Corporate influence has turned the situation upsidedown.

10. of course they are- and we knew they would
they use their bogus polls to try to shape public opinion- not to measure it. That's a given.

They're also going to use them to try to justify theft of the election with the DRE's.
