2. 100% of NC counties reporting: O=49.70%, M=49.38%. NC=Blue.

Obama's percentage has trended up over the last 12 hours. SBOE isn't calling it official, but unless there are a miraculous 15,000 votes some where, NC went blue.

I want to know why North Carolina lags behind all other states. Do they count the provisionals only in the event of a race closer than 2 points?
