Nader kicked off ballot in Florida, is this true?
I heard now that a judge has invalidated the Reform Party's status in Florida, thus eliminating their ballot line and Nader as well. This gives Nader 11 hours to make the ballot.

True? If so, GREAT news.

1. Yes, it is true. Someone posted a thread about it earlier in the day.
I'll see if I can find it.

5. Yeah. Too bad we have such a screwy election system
Americans want every combination of options available on their cars, TVs, and fast food orders, but God save them from having a range of options at the ballot box.

Ranked voting can't get here fast enough for me. Hope Kerry will do something about that.

6. We Used to Have Preferential Balloting in Cambridge, MA...
...when I lived there. Hopefully they still do.
They did it all on paper ballots and it took a week to count them,
but it was a great system. Spoiler-proof, and allowing us to vote
for our favorite no-hope candidates without risk of throwing the
election to some Troglodite.
