about Kerry & an intern. Turned out to be completely bogus & was quickly exploded. Not even Fox would pick it up (although maybe Newsmax did). It's kind of a standing joke & a symbolic reference to Drudge's reliability as a source.

BTW at the time I thought maybe the Kerry people had fed it to him through some back channel to make him look like an idiot & pre-emptively discredit him a little.
