Does anyone know what happened to the suit about pepper spray

being sprayed in the eyes of handcuffed protesters in Humbolt County.
I heard there was a court hearing on Monday in San Francisco but I haven'e heard any more about it.

Multiple consecutive life sentances is what they should get for that atrocity. Torture is criminal. Torture by someone in a position of authority should be considered far more criminal. Such people are the worst of the worst threats to society..

I intend to follow this case closely. I think it will define the rules law enforcement must adhere to when arresting peaceful protesters. I think it is helpful that the case was moved to San Francisco but one can never be sure. I felt that the the police should have been charged with assault but that is clearly not going to happen.
