OK, so I have this theory...
...that in many states (if not all) especially here in PA, that if Gore won the state in 2000, Kerry will win it in 2004. I know quite a few people who have said that they voted for Bush in 2000 but won't do it again. But I have never heard anyone say "I voted for Gore in 2000 but wow, Bush has really won me over these last four years and I'm voting for him now." My theory is that 99% (or more) of 2000 Gore voters will be voting for Kerry in 2004. If the same number of people turnout now as in 2000 (which I'd bet they will) then all Kerry must do is win one of the states Gore barely lost in 2000. Considering turnout is likely to be much higher on the anti-Bush side as the pro-Bush side...any thoughts?

1. That's seems logical..
However, one has to wonder about the mindset of America since 9/11. I find it curious how so many live in fear, that they are willing to give up clear and rational thinking for an uncertain security. They say, "Give me a tax break and protect me and you've got my vote." Period. End of contest. That may be a reach, but Gore's victory in some of the battleground states was razor thin, and the incumbent knows that.
