Another Bush Direct Guard Lie

Here is another Bush direct lie about his Guard Service. The man was willing to say anything to get out of going to Vietnam or dodging to Canada:

Here's the sworn statement Bush signed when he started his service in 1968:

"I, George Walker Bush, upon successful completion of pilot training plan to return to my unit and fulfill my obligation to the utmost of my ability. I have applied for pilot training with the goal of making flying a lifetime pursuit and I believe I can best accomplish this to my own satisfaction by serving as a member of the Air National Guard for as long as possible."

Note the self-centered "too my own satisfaction". He never pursued flying after not showing up for his physical. "lifetime pursuit" Ha! What a whopper.

1. Sorry I don't have a link, but...

I read on AP today that * was in "two seaters" just before he stopped flying. Also mentioned that he had to make multiple passes ( manuvers) to land a single-seat. Makes me think he wasn't exactly an 'ace'.
