1. Tough to say - based on Florida.
His assumed presence on several of the state ballots had been because of his status as the nominee of his party.

Since a court in FL has now called into question whether they ARE legitimately a party - he could theoretically lose his ballot slot in a few important states.

5. Debates are (or at least have been) based on polling
He's got to pull (IIRC) 5% or better in a few national polls in order to qualify for the debates.



Not sure who he would help though? Being ON the ballot obviously helps Bush, but in the debates it could help Kerry.
