Fundraising Drive for Volunteer Hours

PA Democrat suggested this idea in another thread, and I think it's a good one. We should hold a fundraising drive for hours spent volunteering for the Kerry campaign, canvassing or working the phones or whatever. I think this campaign will be won at the grassroots level, by ordinary people like you and I getting out the message, and each individual hour of volunteering will help. Each and every one.

I myself will get the drive going with a minimum three hours on Sunday at the Kerry organizing convention in my town.

Who else is willing to pledge volunteer hours, or expound on the virtues of pledging volunteer hours?
