just now stated that Dan Rather and CBS made a huge mistake going with the story when they did. The documents are forgeries. They should just apologize and get it over. Said if he or any other reporter made such a big mistake they would have been fired. They don't have the clout that Dan Rather does. Geese, didn't Joe get the memo? 18. CBS is being inundated with hate e-mail

and it's time for all good DU'ers to take action in letting them know you support them.

I e-mailed them my support and the reasons why I appreciated there efforts to get the truth out here when it has become obvious that there is a lotta powerful entities attempting to suppress it.

I received a response almost immediately thanking me and letting me know about the hate e-mail and telephone calls. They stand by their report and will not back down.

To the folks at CBS News,

I want to thank you for your thorough reporting on the Killian memo. It takes courage and fortitude to stand up to bullies. CBS News has done some good reporting of late and I have switched my news source from NBC to CBS due to the in depth reporting being done by the journalists at CBS.

Please keep up the good work. Only a well informed citizenry can make good decisions on November 2. I look forward to being informed by CBS News.
