CNN has egg on thier face. Will they apologize or correct their work
and will THEY FINNALLY ASK BUSH THE QUESTIONS THAT CBS RAISED?

Whether or not it's connected to CBS's clarification I couldn't say.

(1) When CNN ran the Dan Rather interview where he defended the authenticity of the memos, Blitzer ran the 1988 interview between Dan Rather and George H.W. Bush where they got into a heated argument JUST BEFORE the Dan Rather interview. The suggestion was that Dan Rather and CBS are doing this to get even with the Bushes for the bad blood between them.

(2) Wolf Blitzer said that CNN has unidentified "experts" who say the memos appear forged.

(3) Wolf Blitzer said that even if the memos are genuine, Bush was honorably discharged so they don't matter.
