5. I tuned back in just after the half hour; they were talking about

interviewing the President and gov. Bush together

I tried to watch, but could only take about 5 or six minutes

they talked about the fireplace, the comfortable chairs, how OPEN and accessible Bush was; how it wasn't an interrogation, etc.

it was totally NAUSEATING

why did they even bother

this segment, more than ANY single criticism I've seen of the whitewash that characterizes this laughable commission, is necessary consumption for anyone who has any faith in its findings

please watch the rerun in about two hours==or at least the segment beginning slightly after the half hour mark

I found it stunningly revealing of the venality of the socalled democrats, who were supposedly trying to get at the truth

the took pains to make clear how UN-adversarial the WH session was

BenVeniste even was pleased to relate the charming story of how Bush asked him if he'd EVER lost an argument. BV told the president that he had two daughters

well, FUCK YOU, Mr. former Watergate prosecutor, Mr. former Iran/Contra counsel
