The pugs like to say how they trust ordinary Americans. Yet you put those ordinary Americans on a jury and they no longer trust them. You give them any power over their beloved corporations and the pugs throw a fit. Pugs do not trust ordinary Americans to make important public decisions. That's why they HATE juries. That's why the pugs are doing everything they can to undermine the American jury system.

Big corporations sue eachother all the freakin' time. Pugs never complain about that. No - they ONLY complain when one of the little people dares to stand up and ask for compensation after being injured.

Fucken-a, I hate pugs.

3. He's just bitter because he couldn't get into law school.
I understand his application to the University of Texas law school was rejected, which resulted in his application to Harvard business school. What a joke! he was a law school reject and has never gotten over it. Sorry George, you just have to hire trial lawyers to protect your sorry behind. You could never be one.

4. I'm sick of W in general
I'm having trouble sleeping. Can't stand “W” and his cronies.

Anyway, I've put that extra time into coming up with anti-pro-bush sound bites. I present them in bumper sticker format here: http://www.utopianempire.org/

I think they are funny in that “kidding on the square” kind of way. Let me know what you think.

Have any of your own, please send them in (email address on the site).

Go Kerry!

5. "Junk lawsuits are holding down our economy"
Edited on Fri Sep-10-04 08:46 PM by rumguy
What a crock o' shit.

Trial lawyers didn't hurt it in the nineties.

Any true 'junk lawsuit' is tossed out of court. The rules of civil procedure then allow the defendant to get compensation from those who brought the bogus suit.

It's *'s fuckin' tax cuts and deficit spending that is holding down our economy.

10. they can afford them
and the big money usually only comes as a result of punitive damages - in other words, when the corporation really, really fucked up and needs to learn a lesson...

12. It's total horseshit. BUSH* HAS A LAWYER. They ran to the
Supreme Court to get his ass selected. Trust me, they will need many lawyers when 'the nation' realizes the shit these thugs have been up to.
