Reward going to be offered for anyone who served with shrub
Edited on Fri Sep-10-04 08:45 PM by AmerDem
Heard on Countdown with Keith Olberman ( fill in Allison Stewart ), that this week Texas Veterans for Truth will be offering 50,000 to anyone willing to come forward and show proof they serviced with shrub. The 50,000 was an estimated figure. BTW, this is supposed to be in a tv ad.

Sorry if this is a dupe!

Wasn't his 10,000? Anyway, the way I understand it is They are going to have a major television ad this week about the reward. This info was a lil vague but i'm just repeating what I heard.

5. good one
It's not so much the reward but the message it sends to someone hearing it for the first time. They can't help but to put 2 and 2 together. If what I heard is true, I think it's a very effective idea!

4. I was thinking this also
not offering 10,000 dollars ..hee

but there must be someone who saw him in the missing days, months, years who can give some ACTUAL proof that they saw him, drank with him, slept with him, ate with him.....something....anything.

Bush was a pseudo famous person, even at that time, because of his dad's positon. Someone, somewhere must have seen him.

6. yowza!
funny how the RW gasbags always gloss over that 10K reward thing.

main thing I heard today, in a brief dose of the local right wingnut gasbags (WSKY Ocala-Gainesville), is that "if that document is a forgery it will not only knock Kerry out of the ring, it will topple the entire Democratic Party." (I am not making this up.)

A nice lefty caller pointed out that "Wasted" need only respond to the facts in the document, to settle the question of whether it is a forgery--yeah yeah buddy whatever, thanks for calling--next caller...

I hope the fact of a 50K reward makes its way front and center and just cannot be ignored. How will they spin it when it remains unclaimed????

7. You would think
That the fact that no one can produce a single person who served with him should be enough but the skulls are so thick!

10. No polygraph is going to be needed.
You know damn well they wont have one person come forward with something as a slip of paper let alone proof. Like I said before, this is so effective.

15. The more we look, the less we know about GWB's past.
I'd like to know why they issued a new driver's liscense to him. I wonder what was stuck to the old one?

17. yes, where are the papers he's written on politial/statesman topics?
wish I could find the link--maybe someone will remember, from months ago--something about the problems they were having trying to find papers to include in a George W. Bush Presidential Library--all his predecessors had written papers of some sort during their careers and as graduate students but there is really nothing that "Wrong-way" has published.

As far as the G "Waste-product" Bush Presidential Library goes: No-Book Bush!: 'It would be hypocritical' says non-reading Dubya (Weekly World News satire!)

kicking for the morning crowd
