The 5 questions that CBS News' Dan Rather challenges Bush to answer!
Per CBS News tonight, Rather challenges Bush to answer these 5 questions about his service record.

Will Bush answer those questions? Hell no because he CAN'T answer them.

--------------------

1. Did family connections get George W. Bush his coveted National Guard slot?

2. Did Lt. Bush refuse a direct order from his commanding officer?

3. Was Lt. Bush suspended for failure to perform up to National Guard standards?

4. Did Lt. Bush ever take the physical he was required to take?

5. Did Lt. Bush complete his commitment to National Guard?

3. I like the way Rather laid out the questions so clearly
with him even showing the text of the questions in his story.

4. I have been waiting for four years for some prominent journalist
to ask these questions.
Dan is playing like his has more information, thus requiring Bush to answer honestly or not at all.
Brilliant move.

5. Good!
It's about time. Thank you Dan Rather.

From the CBS response to supporting e-mails today... "A free society demands free, unmuzzled media expression."

Exactly how many hours solo flight time did Lt Bush have in an F102 before he was grounded?

7. Is this related to how much tax-payer money had been sunk into Smirk
before Smirk blew-off his Guard duty?

19. Yes, and this too.
There have been rumours that the turkey never did solo in an F102 i.e. he flew mostly in the two seat trainer version with an instructor, and/or on the few occasions he was flying solo his landing attempts were not much more than semi-controlled crashes and led to his poor performance rating that has recently made the news.

If he was even a half assed fighter jock, I should think he should have logged at least a couple hundred hours of solo flight time in the F102. One method pilots (and the aviation industry) use to sort out the men pilots from the little boy pilots is by seeing how much pilot in command time (by default in single seater fighters it would be solo flight time) they've logged and in what type of aircraft that flight experience has been accumulated, e.g. 747s vs Cessna 172s. Pilot in Command time in a Cessna 172 doesn't count for squat compared to Pilot in Command time flying 747s (or F102s).

If Dubya had accumulated a respectable number of solo hours as the hot shot fighter jock the Republican propaganda tries to make out, I am sure they would gladly have made a big deal as to how many hours he had under his belt. The fact that they are mum on this point and the topic is never brought up, makes me suspicious right there that this number is not very impressive and is probably downright embarrassing.

8. Bwaaaahahahahahahahahaha!!
You're joking, right???? Dimson flying solo??? Bwaaahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, that's a good one!!

I know from experience the military has it's goof ups, but for crying out loud, give the Air Force some credit. They'd never let the Connecticut Cokeboy off the ground without his trainer pilot.

13. Why does he get a warning? Why not ambush him?
like an old fashioned 60 minutes segment?

Now he'll have time for his lawyers to prepare responses.

Sigh.

14. According To Charlie Black Yesterday on Crossfire
Bush had already completed his time while in TX and didn't need to connect in Alabama nor Boston - physical, what physical and this is happening because Kerry is losing. He said Kerry is losing at least 5 times.

Surrogates are out there with these new talking points.

16. That's in direct conflict with all the paperwork that has been
uncovered, so that doesn't exactly answer the questions.

Charlie Black didn't do a very good job of putting the questions to rest.

20. Agreed
what stuck out the most to me regarding Black's appearance on Crossfire yesterday was how many times he said "kerry is losing in the polls, so they always dredge up Bush military record"

17. F-102 could carry AIM-26A Nuclear Falcon missles
TANG didn't Trust *

Because of the nuclear capability the 111 th aircrew were subject to Human Realiability Program(HRP) now called PRP......The currant PRP ensures that service members having direct or inderect contact with nuclear weapons "demonstrate loyalty, integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion of the highest order."

Suspension or decertification from PRP can result from any shortcomings in a person's physical, mental, or emotional health. Substance abuse involving alcohol or drugs is always potentially disqualifying.

Cannabis use might not be immediately disqualifying, but all other illegal drugs would result in permanent decertification from PRP..

This was taken from "The Fortunate Son"...by Hatfield.......page 391

This may shine some light on the reason bush could no longer fly..he couldn't be trusted to handle a plane carrying a "Nuke Missle"

22. Add one more: WHY did bush refuse to take a physical?
What was it he didn't want people to know - or to be able to find in the records?
