These photos are a real spirit lifter. My goodness... Why aren't we getting to see this stuff on the Tube??? Maybe it's seen in regional/local areas? For sure, none of this is shown on national/cable news.

I'm in a blue state. I don't see much of anything so it seems like nothing is happening. I'm left in the dark.

we should remember when contacting media to write letters or ask to report on something to also contact the local media . and maybe much more than big media whores like cnn msnbc etc.

27. I've been wondering about that...

My local television and those I get short-long distance seem to be pretty caught up in "local" stuff: "Who shot who, traffic, man bites dog, weather, sports...snippets of national news" and that's about it. Then it's over.

None of them strike me as being willing to devote an hour to a speech of Kerry's; not even 15 min. for that matter. Time is money. I can try to encourage it but I doubt it will happen.

During the convention, some of the networks aired portions of it--as did some of the radio stations. I imagine that the debates will be aired but other than that, I think zip will happen.

Too bad the campaigns couldn't buy nationwide TV time for a few rallies....I did get to see Kerry live on C-span today. It was good. :D

i live in california. but that's why local news wont show it since california is not really in compeition. it's mostly in the swing states where they often air candidates giving speeches on local tv stations.

C-Span and any print media are my sources.. Better that than nothing.
