He now has a different law suit: “Tax Payers of US et. Al Vs Bush et al” and filed in US District Court Northern California

“The primary allegations are that the defendants (the Bush Administration, The FBI, The Pentagon, and The CIA) were involved in the facilitation of the 9/11 attacks, that The USAPATRIOT Act is intentionally unconstitutional, and that the Iraq War has nothing to do with "fighting terror".”

1. He has documents proving Bush ordered 911 and Cheney ran the show.
2. He has witnesses from NORAD and the military
3. 911 was practiced at least 35 times 2 mos prior
4. 911 was practiced 5 times that morning……that’s why bush sat in his chair…..he thought it was A DRILL!

He has been threatened by a federal judge, Ashecroft himself and FBI Agents. They have burglarized his office and his home. Tore it apart looking for the documents. His life has been threatened.
