3. if he was ever arrested, it contradicts his application to the NG
a sworn statement that demands a waiver for any police contacts. As I recall Bush was not entirely candid about his arrest record with the NG, and he has never told the truth about it to anybody--also there was hanky panky in Texas when he became governor, and his original driver's license record was destroyed, somehow, so there is no civil record of early Bush arrests.

If an arrest happened which contradicts his sworn statement, he committed a felony with his application to the NG.

this is documented fact. Sounds like he lied on his guard app.

up a**h***'s like B*?

How many times have you been arrested?
Did you ignore or disobey a direct order to take a physical?
Have you used cocaine?
Have you ever done community service because you were ordered to do so?
