What extremist groups support the Republicans?
What indisputably offensive groups, people, or organizations support the Republican Party? For instance, are there any prominent white supremists who support the Republicans? Links would be helpful.

6. There have been pics here
That show 3 skinheads with racist tattoos that had made crucifixes from those slim balloons people wave around at rallies. The balloons had Bush/Cheney with their website on them. These were pictures from the Minnesota rally about 3 weeks ago.

I'm sure they can be found with the search feature.

15. Not all skinheads
Many skinheads are non-aggressive anti-war types. Some white supremacist types and others are more sympathetic to the republican agenda.

2. I read today that Big
Texas Oil Tycoons are anti-Kerry...Is that offensive enough for you??? :) I can't imagine why they would want an environmentalist in the White House.

4. Al Qaeda strongly supports Bush
Lot's of Religious extremists like Christian Identity are hard-core Republicans. Many neo-nazis and skinheads vote Republican.

Lot's of well-known racists including David Duke are Republicans. Only in Louisiana can the choice of governor be between a Mobster Democrat and a KKK Republican.

The radical wing of the NRA is Republican. The moderate wing has some Dems as well.

8. "Extremist Groups"............Hmmmmm
Well, the ONE EXTREMIST group that supports Bush is .........

The Republican Party

Quite frankly, most of the other groups are rather tame by comparison.

9. Be realistic.
At this point in time, the Republicans are an extremist group.

It used to be that something like the John Birch Society was considered extremist; now you have to reach for the KKK and the like, which used to be whatever you would label beyond extremist, wacko or crazy or what have you. It's another symptom of how far the country has moved to the right.

The Republicans are now rather obviously for a flat tax.

The Republicans now have repealing abortion as a plank of their platform.

The Republicans are for "preventive war."

The Republicans have succesfully made the tax system more regressive.

20 years ago, these were the ideas of crazies, fringe groups. Now they are part of Republican ideology. Republicans are an extremist group.

10. Well, all the ani-abortion groups sure are.
You can call them extremists when they kill Drs and bomb clinics.

The NRA can be considered an extremist group, or at least some of it's members!

The extreme evangelical re-borns are probably the largest group of supporters.

12. Extremists groups--it's subjective, but here's a start, IMHO
Pharmaceutical companies
Big oil
Enron
Halliburton
Brown and Root
Christian Coalition
Fox
Clear Channel communications
al Qaeda (Chimpy's a very effective recruiter, one of the best)

On the plus side for him, Fred Phelps does NOT support Chimpy. But he sure as hell won't be voting Dem, either.
